Ways in
- Join with a code — Your professional sends an invite. Download the app, sign in or register, enter the code, and you enter their VIP circle.
- A friend’s referral — When your pro enables client referrals, a VIP can share a personal link so you join their circle (or a waitlist if they are not accepting new clients right now).
- Book from a link — If they share a booking link, you may choose a time in the browser — no app required for that path.
- Discover someone new — In the app, browse professionals who choose to appear in Discover — search by name or Near Me. Circle invites remain the principal path when you already have a professional.
Once you are inside
- On Book, each professional is a card. Choose Book a service (open hours) or Book a special session, and browse later months when they have hours ahead
- Complete intake or required forms when your pro asks before booking
- Appointments and updates in Appointments
- In the app, message your professional in Direct Messages without losing the thread
- Pay the ways they accept — including card when they offer it
- Leave a professional from My professionals (app) or My pros (online) if you no longer wish to stay in their circle
You receive clarity. They retain focus for the service. That is the exchange.
