Find a professional

Connect with a professional by invite code, a friend's referral link, Discover, or a public booking link.

Accept an invite

If a professional sent you an invite code, this is the fastest way to connect.

1. Open Profile from the menu.
2. Tap Accept Invite.
3. Enter the invite code and confirm.
4. The professional now appears under My professionals (app) or My pros (online). Open Book, tap their card, then Book a service or Book a special session.

Join via a friend's referral

When your pro enables client referrals, a VIP client can share a personal link. Open the link, sign in or register, and you join that pro's circle—or a waitlist if they are not accepting new clients right now. See Invite codes, referrals & roles.

Leave a professional

If you no longer want to stay in a pro's circle, open My professionals in the app or My pros online and leave that professional. You can always rejoin later with a new invite or referral.

Discover new professionals

1. Open Discover from the menu.
2. Browse by profession category, or use the search bar to find a pro by name.
3. Filter results by city or state to narrow them down.
4. Tap Near Me to see professionals within about 25 miles (this uses your device location, so allow location access when asked).

View a public profile

Tap any professional to open their public profile, where you can:

• See their business details, services, and photos.
• Book from Book a service or Book a special session once connected.
• Message them in the app (once connected).
